My twenties were tumultuous lots of ups and downs lots of firsts, lots of LASTS! A few scoundrels a few worth while. A few careers. By far the best thing I did in the last years of my twenties was marry my handsome husband. He makes me so happy. December 30, 2008 was our Year and a half anniversary. It was a big one for us since we were apart for our first anniversary. He was stuck home working in SLC so that I could play in Greece all summer. What a great guy!
Like every other bride I've got a ton of wedding pictures. But these snapshots taken in the line I feel really represent how happy I was on that day. They are so casual but I love how the photographer captured the way we were looking at each other.
I realize that the goal of wedding days is to look like a fashion model all day. (is that the goal? Or is it to show commitment so someone you love?) anyhow I've got the fashion model part all wrong but I love this picture. Looking into the mirror is my slightly scary German father in law Heinz.
The best part of marriage is that it keeps getting better and better.
I love you Spencer! I'm so lucky to be married to you! Happy 1 1/2 years! We really should eat the cake we have in the freezer. I don't think it is going to last another 6 months.

You've had the cake for a year and a half? Maybe you should just get rid of it.
You look stunning!
Oh Joanie you and Spencer are great!
I feel all warm and weepy again. Great photos.
What?! You definitely pulled off both the #1 and #2 goals of a wedding day...don't ask me what order they go in ;o)
