I've had the same 3 resolutions for over half my life now.
1. Stop biting my fingernails
2. Improve my piano chops
3. Loose weight.
This year is no exception. Except this year I am going to put a more specific plan of action into place.
In order to stop biting my fingernail I have to keep them painted with clear polish. This has worked well in the past but then I get lazy.
In order to improve my piano sills I"m gong to log 100 hours of practice time before my anniversary June 30th. My mom and sister are pilots so I caught on how to keep a log book. If it works for flying airplanes it will work for playing the piano.
In order to loose weight I am going to run either the St. George or the Logan and maybe one more marathon. This has also worked in the past and I function best when I run every morning.

I used to chew my nails too. Then a really beautiful girl told me she thought it was a disgusting habit, so I quit. The other thing you can do is bring fingernail clippers around with you everywhere you go. When you find yourself chewing just clip them instead. It really works.
I'm getting fat so no help on the losing weight bit. If it makes you feel comfortable, you can hang out with me so you always feel skinny.
I also quit playing the piano so no tips there.
Good goals. I dew not kair if you can spel orr knot.
