I've though about starting a label titled " Why Spencer is the Greatest Husband in the World" but since that doesn't fit as nicely with my other labels I'm just going to go with the Marriage label.
But that is how this blog is going to start. I really have a wonderful husband. And now he is an Italian cook. The Spaghetti last night was to DIE for. The Bible of Italian cooking The Silver Spoon is now resting on our kitchen counter. Spencer has been poring over it for hours deciding what to make for dinner for me tomorrow.
Luckily Salt Lake City can boast a few Italian grocery stores my favorite being Tony Capotos. This Italian specialty shop is a much appreciated slice of Italy in Salt Lake City's art district. Thank goodness for that! Our recipe tomorrow calls for pancetta. you can't just get that at the 6th Avenue Smiths.
I love Italian Food and I love being married!
