Last Wednesday September 26, 2007 was the year anniversary from the first time my wonderful husband kissed me. It was a sweet kiss, very tender, yet it left me with mixed reactions. In fact after the kiss I sent a text to Spencer and said “Was war dass?” (what was that?) He replied “Das war gut” and it was.
What a catalyst the kiss was! I quickly sorted through my conflicting emotions and less than a year later we are married.
My sweet husband remembered the kiss anniversary and surprised me with a wonderful date. I feel very blessed to be married to such a wonderful person and I’m so happy he persisted until he had my undivided attention.

I say marriage demands a mixture of both.
