Last Saturday night I had the amazing opportunity to sing the Brahms Requiem with Dr. Brady Allred who is by far the best conductor I have ever worked with in my life. I’ve stolen every idea from him in my attempt to teach high school choir this year.
The Deseret News said the following about Dr. Allred regarding our performance.
“Brady Allred is, without doubt, one of the pre-eminent choral conductors in the country, and he brings the best out of his choral forces — and also the orchestra, as he once again showed Saturday. The Salt Lake Choral Artists and the Salt Lake Symphony may be community organizations, but under Allred's direction, they have a professional sound and quality.”

I’m sad that most of you besides Spencer and his parents missed this show. I have tickets for $7 available (they are usually $18) so let me know if you want to add a little culture to your life.
Don’t dismay you have one more chance to hear some great Brahms and view the Mullet this Friday! April 27, 2007 David Gardner Hall (U of U) 7:30 p.m.
